All Over the Interwebs: Put some Pep in your Step.

Dear 30,

I'm scouring the interwebs for all things interesting, just like the rest of the world, all the time. "Interesting" is a super generic word, but the only appropriate one to describe the wide range of "interestingness" I'm clicking on daily. Cat is the beneficiary of most of my interweb shares. I send her at least one a day. You're so welcome Cat. But today, lucky reader(s), you can be too.

Thus begins "All Over the Interwebs."

All three link shares have to do with Pep. And putting it in your step. And then putting some pride. In your stride. (Surprisingly a cheerleader I was not.)

Wild Hansen. Soon to be famous all over the interwebs.

  • It's not like I'm anti-breakfast, but the most important meal of the day is the hardest meal of the day to make time for. These visually pleasing and seemingly easy to fix morning toasts make me want to at least try to feed myself before driving to the office to add a little pep in my AM step.

  • My super talented friend Jen shared this awesome book of pep talks [if I don't make time for nourishing pep, maybe this will work in the mornings] I can't wait to get my hands on. Kara if you're listening-- I want to talk about workshops and Des Moines and collaborations. (please?)

Sharing a sketch from the Elle Luna article. Read it and feast on the illustrations.

  • While we're talking pep: "The Crossroads of Should and Must" has my brain spinning and feeling pepped up about growing my itty bitty biz. Should and Must. Some thoughtfully heavy stuff made light by Elle Luna's illustrations throughout. It makes me think of that line made famous by Whoopi in Sister Act II. I'm kidding. It made me think of Rilke (and my slight obsession with his letters) and then made me think of Whoopi.

Three peppy pieces among the billions of interesting bits that flood the interwebs. I better get back to eating breakfast at the crossroads of should and must while HBF gives me a pep talk.

What's peppin' your step this week?
