31 = Totally Fun

Dear 31,

The birthday weekend was especially sweet. So many nice FB messages, well wishes and thoughtful notes from all kinds of people I look up to, care for and couldn't live without. Thank you for making this girl feel so special.

In the days leading up to 31 there were many art filled, exciting moments seeing myself bathed in orange, seeing my drawings framed at the CVB and in the newspaper, and meeting two of my very favorite artists for dinner in my favorite city. You must check out Signe and Genna Grushovenko's work. They are a sweet, talented couple who collaborate to make incredible works. 

I also painted a 6 foot basketball on the wall of the incredibly renovated Courage League Sports center. (Way to go Liz. The project is amazing. Kudos to you and the GDMLI class!)

With such a big year ahead of me, this year's list feels like a particularly special one. I'm riding into 31 on a high. May has been good to me. SO good. With the sunnymoon (more on that this week) right around the corner, I can't wait to see what 31 holds.
