Stonefish [5x7 framed]
You might not of heard of her before, but let me tell you: a stonefish is dangerous to humans. First, it looks like a stone, so it sneaks up on you. And its dorsal spines can inject extremely potent venom, causing intense pain, swelling, tissue damage, and, in severe cases, paralysis or death. Which you know, is scary.
This stonefish (my favorite of them all) is illustrated with markers on top of acrylic paint, then embellished with embroidery.
5×7 inch artwork in white mat in a thin black, aluminum frame sized 11.3 × 14.4.
