Preach on Sylvia Earle.
It's been a month of crazy, this August. Between Fair Life and Vegas and trying, still, to sort out my new #goingsolo existence, I'm ready for a focused, more routine month of September. A month of reflection and a much needed jolt of get-it-done-ness.
In the midst of the drawing, the corn dogs, the wedding planning and the (amazing) outta town visitors I stumbled on this quote from explorer, oceanographer and all around bad ass, Sylvia Earle.
Thanks for the reminder, Syl.
(Can I call you that? I hope it's not too informal, it's just that I feel like you get me. Feel free to call me LP. My friends do.)
Even when #goingsolo it's nice to know you're not alone. Sidenote: if you aren't already following The Daily Worth, you should. Occasionally they crack an egg of inspiration all over my inbox that's no yolk. (hilarious.)
Now back to illustrating fashion puns. ACTION.
